3751 And the LOSSAN Bridge Work?

In an earlier post on 2015 trips, I asked about the replacement of the bridges, especially at "trestles", on LOSSAN, and if these upgrades, would remove the weight restrictions, and allow 3751 to go from LA-SD, and/or return, with a full tender, so as to make it unnecessary, or less necessary, to make watering stops going down and coming back.

Doe anyone out there have an answer on that one?
