Sygnet seems to have suspended operations quite suddenly. Two units for Genesee and Wyoming group that were in for overhaul and repainting came out incomplete, one partially painted missing parts and still wrapped in paper masked off for the next color.

If enough storage cars are added to the line, they might become temporarily isolated. Don't the WP&Y units go in and out by truck? I wasn't aware of any South American projects.
