Now the question is why didn't E-Bart begin at Brentwood, running down the middle of hiway 4 instead of beginning at Hillcrest..A short drive to the E-Bart station in Brentwood verse a long ride to Hillcrest....Then the cost of a ride on E-bart and then the cost of a ride on Bart....Why not just drive to Bart and skip e-Bart...
