Cal High Speed Rail - Benefits

Not to stir up the pot, but the folks in the valley are seen to gain from the construction. Many unskilled folks are being trained as a labor force for the project and their families will have some income and medical coverage from the project. I think the hope is that these folks will improve their standard of living and become a productive part of the community moving forward. Bringing an economic boost to the local business in the small farming towns in the valley.
