The CP train got stalled at Wallula between 1500-1630 due to UP Steel gang working near Port Kelley and Juniper.
They left Hinkle with a UP on the point once the outbound crew arrived on duty after 1900. ETA into Portland was 0900 Monday 3/30.

The schedule for Tuesday 3/31:
Depart Portland with a UP leader at 0900 to Hinkle at 1300.
Depart Hinkle 1500 to Trentwood 1900.
