Oldtime Customers In Cordelia

On the google maps for Cordelia west of 680 you can see three spurs. Nomne them appaer to be in use. Anyone know who were the customers were and when they last used rail? Some of the crossings appear to have power but that may be like some of the NWP crossings that have new meter boxes but are certainly not in use.
