In the early 90's, yes, the wood beam/truss business was in business taking in loads of fresh lumber. The plastics company was doing the same with inbound loads of pellets. The Coors distr. at one time prior to them moving their distributorship, had refrigerated cars delivered to them chock full of ice cold Coors. I thought that when the property evolved into the White Cap construction supply store that the spur would be useful for bringing in rebar or related construction products, but White Cap decided it didn't need the spur and so their materials yard still has the spur in place, but buried under their materials stored there. All 3 spurs are still in place. If anything, the wood beam/truss business and the plastics company still have good viable & useable spurs on their property. The spur leading into the ex-Fibrebond company is still in place, but it is buried somewhat. It could be dug out and become useable once again like Bruners once did in brining in carloads of furniture for their warehouse robots to handle.
