Those "RVJ steam people" built most of the snazzy shop at RVJ, particularly the second half of the concrete floor, riveted new sides on a couple of electric street cars, got carbarn 2 built, and a whole host of other good-of-the-order projects unrelated to their efforts on the 3 and 94. And here you expect them not to be pissed-off for the hatchet job they got in thanks? What planet are you from?
I also happen to know that PLA wouldn't take the 3 until after repeated urgings and arm-twisting by the WRM powers who like to think they are.
