Reroute rail traffic around Red Bluff, CA

In Red Bluff where I now live they plan to widen the highway and to replace the Union Pacific rail road bridge. This won’t be an over the weekend project so they will either build a shoofly bridge or to reroute the trains around Red Bluff. Here is my question where do you think they will reroute the rail traffic.
