More than likely Amtrak and UP will reroute via Marysville and the Keddie Wye in CA and on to Klamath Falls OR. Any loads to Redding CA will be handled from Klamath Falls OR south towards Redding CA. I see that as the fastest to get the construction done without interruption. In other words no shoofly needed.
