This makes me very sad ... I rode the train in 1983 (to Grisdale, shortly before that line went away) and again in 1989 or 1990. Photographed it several other times. Even with the relatively modern log flats replacing the skeletons (late 90s?), there is just nothing else like it in the US anymore. Any chance SPI will ever use that railroad again for anything?
