My point is that investigations are thorough and quite complete on any fatality. The mere fact that there was an arrest and that he was stopped is not enough, you have to build a case to get past the 9th district. That takes time. The second guessing of yuppie pukes, is mind numbing.

In my years of service I had only one complaint and that was totally my fault, as the lightbar which worked fine at the beginning of the shift had failed but the siren worked just fine. I had went around a woman very briskly and with only wig wags going. It was daylight but still my bad. I never had an excessive force or rudeness complaint.

"Commuters" whining about overtime set me off, I worked in the LA area and was glad to retire out , I had enough riots, shootings and forced overtime to fill a life time.. Thank you for paying my wages but it was not enough, and from what I read from the union site they are still short staffed and are still under paid.

As far as my grammar, I am retired BITE ME. Blame USC. Class of 1980. Or better yet blame my lack of proficiency with this fricking Iphone.
