Thanks very much for the posting Butler. It is good to hear that the #601 is still with us. The Pacific Northwest Chapter, National Railway Historical Society owns the sister car to the #601, the SP&S 600 Mt. Hood. I would appreciate very much receiving a digital picture of the #601 and some information about the condition of the car via email: pnwc@pnwc-nrhs.org. This information may then be included in a future Chapter newsletter. Thanks!
