A recent issue of Diesel Era magazine covered BN's inherited U25B fleet. Every picture showed oil leaks from the bottom of the long hood doors !!! Some of the walkways would have been safety hazards for any crewman.
Btw, the EMD GP-39 has 2300 H.P., not 2250 or 2000 as stated above.
