Bruce,

Are the flat cars of rail in Cheney for the upgrade for the new grain elevator? Or are they something that BNSF parked there for one of their projects?

Also, what do you guys plan on doing with the damgaged covered hopper in Cheney. I know it was in Reardan for a long time so when you moved it to Cheney I thought something was going to happen.
