Yup, but are the idiots on Capitol Hill and the White House gonna admit they allowed this, much less grant an extension? Congress may do the latter but Obama has already indicated he won't agree to one, and you can damn well bet that nobody in Washington will admit to not having made certain that the FCC was working with the FRA and the railroads to implement PTC in a timely fashion, much less done anything else to move the process along in a constructive fashion (assuming that they even know how to do so, which I damn well don't!).
