OCTA has essentially taken over this moribund project from the dufus's at the CHSRA (and LOSSAN from the dufus's at LACTA) and want to use our scarce "HSR" taxpayer dollars to do something sensible, achievable, far more cost effective, and where peak 15 and off peak 30 minute service is actually needed in this highly congested LOSSAN intercity urban corridor.....and yet, it would appear to be perceived as a bad thing why?

It sure sounds like good news to this taxpayer sick of the enormous waste of both opportunities and resources at the CHSRA, and as a motorist sick and tired of our gridlocked freeways....and our still piss poor alternatives,
