Sounds like several trains waded through until an operator refuse. There are 12 (married pairs?) out of service. Obviously water was over the coupler and flooded the interiors - I'm sure there will be short and long term water damage. Tax dollars at work! Yet they slow everything down once the temps hit 90.
SOMEBODY deserves to be fired, or at least given a strongly worded letter praising their efforts to keep trains running regardless of the risk. I would like to know the brand of insulation they use.
