It's amazing that something didn't short out. Thought electrics couldn't get water into the motors, even AC types.

I was on a bus one morning that had water over the 2nd step in the front door before we got clear of one spot. Not pleasant, but at least being a diesel it wasn't going to electrocute anybody.
