Dave McClain was camped out along the railroad the morning that train came through and was the only witness at the hearings. He did see a hot box or wheel on one of the cars and had a recording of the train as it went by. I remember Dave calling me when the explosions were going on and he said he was going to call the railroad and let them know what he saw.
