OPB. I believe I smell the distinct aroma of OIL. Russia has a massive oil reserve. Most of it still untapped. Big oil is exploring there. If anything, that may be the factor that gets this thing off the ground. Tank cars, tank cars and more tank cars. Think maybe? Yes, I know oil is sold on the common market but still it's a source other than Arabia for the U.S.
