The weakness of your argument is there was no timeline to add the bicycle/pedestrian path, it was to be done in a timely manner as the faineances came in. No one planed on a housing recession that case basic faineance to disappear. If this were to go to court it would be dismiss on the grounds of the greatest need and that is to get SMART to Cloverdale as this is one of the area that need are the greatest as alternate transportation. The problems is the majority of the bicyclist in Marin and Sonoma are a bunch of self center social utopians who don’t really understand a bicycle is a limited range/limited load form of transportation, where the train will be able to move a larger amount of persons at a higher rate of speed.
