Gold Line sure sucks........except with the record number of new riders?

I know from reading Altamont, that many posters seem to think that the Gold line sucks....just apparently not with standing room only Saturday ridership laughing at the cars they were passing stopped at 2 pm yesterday on the 210....?

I took a ride to Azusa Pacific yesterday, stopped in Arcadia for a beer, and Sushi in Old Pasadena...... Every train was packed all the way to Azusa outbound, and 1/2 to 3/4 full to Arcadia, and full from Arcadia to Pasadena.

It is by far the most scenic Metro line, as well, with great views of the San Gabriel Mountains, as you fly at maximum speed, and over the stopped freeway traffic under the new bridge, in Arcadia.

I know the Gold Line is supposed to suck, being an evil train and all, and maybe it's just me, but it was actually fun..........
