Gold Line vs Express Bus

Just wonder how many riders are still using Foothill 496 express bus from Azusa to Downtown LA with the Gold Line running
Foothill Bus $4.95 one way (only runs to LA the morning 50 minutes running time and back to Azusa in the evening)
Metro Gold line $1.75 one way (runs both ways all day)(more at peak times) 50 minutes running time
