Well,
Check their reports for the last years with the San Diego Metro Corporation. The City bought the SDAE and they only care for the trolley. Mexico has invested on their part of the railroad, but Metro doesnt seem interested even though at first PIR hired a professional railroader from Florida (former Chessie System and RailAmerica gentleman) who got away from PIR. If you look at their records, PIR changes their own board from lawyers (ahh yes, the Las Vegas Mafia)... I don't know how this can be said, but they would be better if they hired back Gary Sweetward and his people.
