At some point in early 2015 or get the stored GATX covered hoppers that were stored on the line moved GATX had to call Hulcher in to take three cats and pull cuts of cars east to the UP interchange not sure what that cost GATX but the PIR or who ever had the storage contract defaulted on it and GATX needed the cars so they called in Hulcher. FRA is investigating the accident along with the Local LEO's
The owner of the engines is trying to get them back as they have not been paid and the one that hit the center beam has a bent frame and the engine block and main generator are sheared off the mounting bolts and pushed back into the air compressor and the draft gear and coupler pockets are broken, that one will never move out on it own wheels wiring has been cut and vandalized on all three units
