I have learned that if you want your statements and information accurately printed in a newspaper, write a letter to the editor. Letters are printed word for word without editing(eg. watch your spelling). I have been mis-quoted and had quotes printed out of context by reporters. Caption are the worst as the photographer is shooting while the reporter is asking questions. They don't get together on the captions till they get to the office. So an ALCO S-2 powered by steam is now a possibility to the unwashed.
