In the late sixties it handled eastbound traffic to Tracy, plus rock empties. Westbound, Tracy traffic to the Bay Area,plus a large rock pickup at East Pleasanton or Radium. Usually a Newark and Redwood Jct setout and onto Bayshore with whatever was left. There was a Oakland Rock, didn't run as much as the City Rock in the late 60s. Eastbound City Rock out of Bayshore in the wee hours of the morning, westbound out of Tracy after 6PM. The East Pleasanton Turn ran during the day eastbound and came back at night.

I have one source that says it ended in the Spring, 1974 and the East Pleasanton which was running at night from 1971, departed Bayshore in the afternoon took over rock chores. Any Tracy traffic went to Oakland and onto Tracy.
