SFWCY was from 1976-78. Although Bensen says its a Bayshore-Houston, I find no record of such a train. Most likely its was CLMSF. OA would also run a CLM to Tracy via Altamont
Later in the early seventies, the CLM ran down the Coast out of OA. BAMSL out of Oakland handled the long east traffic to ESTL via Tracy, the CLM only had cars to El Paso
