These are contract services, I believe, run by the Anaheim Transportation Network. Which is still run by old colleague, Diana Kotler, Executive Director. The ART website clearly states that this runs every 20 minutes. You should let them know about this problem, and when it happened. They've been pushing the new Anaheim ARTIC station (Kurt's baby?) as a viable connection, and this does not make them look good, if folks are missing the train due to such lousy bus connections.

It's a bus in a highly variable traffic impacted venue and so many things can go wrong....often causing buses to "stack up". A sudden influx of on or offs, a sudden outflow of traffic from one of the venues, can back up buses. Then, there's human nature, and driver behavior, which has been known to have a tendency to make buses mysteriously bunch up "nose to tail"....less pick ups, more overcrowding, longer waits, result. But, both of these problems can be solved with good operations planning and management.

Or, maybe, Diana might need to see if the contractors are actually billing for the actual level of service they are providing? I've seen that mysteriously not seem to add up a few times in my career.....when the contracting agency does an actual service audit....? I've even know of a case where the auditors could never even verify the total number of vehicles being billed to a contract....as some of them were always "out" somewhere, and not "available".

This poor of wait time for supposedly 20 minute frequency service to the major attractions from the new "showcase" train station, which is such a relatively short distance away, on a relatively short route, is unacceptable.
