Why such a huge monstrosity when they could have constructed a far far cheaper and simpler building
that could have done the job
The savings could have been used for projects like.....
1) Finish 2 main tracks on the Orange and San Diego subs
2) Finish 3 main tracks on the San Bernardino sub
3) Grade separations
4) A monorail to Disneyland and the Convention Center
5) Coaches and locomotives for Metrolink, Amtrak and the Coaster
6) Tax Savings
