It's a monument to one time wannabee next Republican Governor of CA, former Mayor of Anaheim, and the CAHSRA Board, on which he served with Quentin Kopp, from Arnold the Governator...... And, ARTIC is just another sign of how well planned, prioritized, and programmed the CAHSRA has been, and how it chooses to spend our taxpayer money, and taxpayer financed bonds......

But, you may have probably thought that Moonbeam did all that just for Kurt, his contactors pals, and the powers that really run Anaheim from the Mouse House, right? Nope, this was one of the first done deals they cut with the funds, to keep Kurt "on board" the money train.

Yep, you're right, there are a lot of things we could have done with that money, but we didn't....
