J, you bring up an interesting subject. In like manner, I wonder how the Mexican commercial and governmental interests view KCS and UP in their neighborhoods. It seems to me that as the three countries commercial interests grow more combined you will find more railroad expansion into each other countries. Who knows, Alaska Railroad may some day have a direct rail connection with the USA through Canada.
