The Yards will get done, it is just taking more time (!) than anyone wanted. It would have been so much nice had UP cleaned the site and there hadn't been a zillion sales of the land, but hey....it will get done. I've been working an parts of the transfer for years. I also work with the state of Texas, and let me tell you, I find working with California easier than the corrupt Cowboys I have to talk to in TX. Sheesh.
