How is it that SMART owns Schellville and its storage yard tracks?
Seeing that SMART only runs between San Rafeal and Windsor, in what way does the line that wyes off of their mainline to Schellville come into play and is under their control and whims?
That portion of the Schellvile line that runs from the namesake to the Ignacio wye wasn't rehabbed nor was there going to be any future traffic for SMART from using it, so how did SMART come to the conclusion that what cars are stored in and/or on the Schekllvile yard or that tiny portion line is of their control?
If there is truly a separate line distiction between the SMART railroad tracks and the NWP tracks, why then does SMART do what it is doing?
