Some of it is true, and the spin on the post is mostly pure bull$#it about those some evil conspiracy of those evil RR's to do something awful, in the name of (dare I say the magic word that sets off nut jobs...?) the ultimate "evil" from Omaha "Warren Buffet" .

Yeah, RR's like BNSF are actually regulated as interstate commerce in regard to the transport of hazardous materials, by the "evil" Federal "gubmint', and not the state. And, there is a ton of case law on these attempts by local governments to regulate through fees or taxes, which, in this case, actually favor those "evil" capitalist's (like "evil" capitalist stockholder me....?) who own shares in these enterprises, which is why this tempest in a teapot is going to court.
