I'd be surprised if he said his secretary paid more than he did in dollars. In tax rate, though, he's correct - the secretary probably is in the 15% bracket if near-minimum wage, or maybe the next higher bracket if well-paid. Warren based on published info pays around 18% for his personal taxes. Companies are different, as many have pointed out.
