ORHF has been storing equipment and OPR performing switching without charge on two of OPR's tracks since the yard was reconstructed by TriMet several years ago. ORHF knew their site was too small but was what they had to work with.

OPR has a new customer that transloads various products for making paper and now needs the track space for switching and storing their hopper cars.

We regret the inconvenience of having to make room for our own operations.
