The current plan is for a simple branching turnout--no wye. The county did decide to exercise the option for a 1200' siding within the first half mile of the line. The County/WSDOT transload site has not yet been selected. There are 5 under environmental review. Four are at sites along the existing line and one along the new track. At this point, all it is is a study--feasibility and environmental.
