Government-corporate-contractor-consultant corruption perhaps California's greatest problem.

California lives "Chinatown" every damn day. Who died and made the Tejon Ranch Co. king? How did it get such a handle on Jerry Brown?

Take a small part of the cost of Jerry's Legacy and buy the Ranch and turn it into a park.
