Huh? Did you even read the first post? Nothing in it about SMART or any construction - it's the bike people who got some money for another study of reopening the tunnel for bike/ped use. Not a word about any real work.

SMART will make it to a dead-end station jno SFD Blvd. with some kind of access to the Larkspur ferry terminal. That's as far south as it goes, and there are no known let alone funded plans for further extension into South Marin or where such a strange dream would go. Some of the other commenters were correct in pointing out the futility of that. NOBODY IS CONDEMNING ANYTHING for SMART at this time - they have the r/w that they need.

I call troll.
