Having driven sf/phx over a dozen
times on 5/138/15/10, it all depends
on the truckers 5-crappy tractors or
grossly overloaded trailers, 138 no
trucks, posted limited 55, you can
Cruse 70-75, no chp, 15-LOTS of trucks, rolling at 60-70 fownhill
Into sb, 10-sb to blythe maybe one
Ttuck sn hour, blythe to phx, 70
for everybody, you had better be
doing 80+, or you will have a trucker running you off the road, and tbat is in both lanes, no cops,
az doesn't believe in their
presence, their function is to clean
up the mess, crusing speed 100+, stay out in front of the trucks
