Geiger Spur

Couple more questions. Were is the 1200 foot siding going to be located, next to the CW or on the new track? Will the 115# welded rail from the old spur be saved to be used on the new one, if not what kind of rail is going to be used and what will happen to the old rail and ties? Are there going to be any improvements made to the remaining old spur trackage, I recall seeing the BNSF and Western Rail go on the ground on the steep curve into the steel fabricators spur, it also seems to limit the length of car that can get into the track? Any idea who will get to operate the new spur? If I recall correctly, the grant for the reload was pretty good sized, I'm surprised that it's only enough for a study of a possible site, is it really that expensive to do business in Washington state? OK, more than a couple of questions.
