I think that maybe if the public agency involved might be seen to be on a legal "fishing expedition", while wasting a pile of scarce taxpayer dollars on lawyers, in order to make headlines for a couple of scare mongering grandstanding politicians on the SMART Board, then maybe they'd want to try to keep the details that might confirm that from too much public scrutiny....
