BNSF has been having trains stall between Latah Jct and Cheney with C-4's, reportedly when the C4's start slipping they tend to bounce up and down to the point crews worry about the things bouncing off the rails. By the way, BNSF problems have occurred on dry rail and ideal conditions as well as wet rail. Even with this problem, BNSF frequently sends trains west of Spokane with only 3 units, often cutting off the 4th from the rear at either Hauser or Yardley.
