Um....I never used the words "wet back" in my comments.(reread them)
I did say "illegal". As for the SD populace not paying for the line, I ment that PIR has never turned a wheel either in re-construction of the line or any profit from any train from San Diego to UP in El Centro. The ideas floated around for fright from Tiajuana to El Centro still has not materialized, and when it does, then PIR if it still existed at that time, may arrest anyone trespassing on the line. Until then, please shut the hell up.
