Actually yes, I forgot to mention that part. The NCR is going to rebuild the Modoc line, and build a new connection from Alturas to Cottonwood to connect to the Pacific Rim. That will give NCR and Idaho customers direct access to the new Humbolt Bay deep water port. My understanding is that the project is being driven by strong demand for export potatoes to China and the Far East.
