CORP could go to court and petition the court to allow Dick Samuels to be the designated operator
of their existing contract without regard to fixes of current problems or anything else. That's the root of all this, there are so many legal possibilities or maneuvers that CORP can exercise
to delay reopening the line. Why would they do this? Because as the desperation to reopen the line
increases so does the asking price, simple economics, demand drives price.
