Since there is no conclusive evidence, it must be the railroad's fault. "We saw another train later doing something, so the previous one MUST have done the damage."

Seems the railroad is seen as a cash cow in the Marshall area. Aren't there claims like this most every year?

How about being responsible with your land/timber and keeping it less likely to burst into flame when something happens?
