Do you have any idea of what those by-pass options would be? I remember a discussion about that topic on RRF, with one of the ideas being running along I-90 to the south, then crossing the highway and rejoining the old line near Kittitas.

With both the high bridge over I-90 and the Beverly Bridge still in place, outside of getting around Ellensburg, how much engineering work would it take to reopen the line? Replace a few culverts or what?
